Samantha and Meredith

Hi friends! Long time, no see..... Sorry about the lapse in posts-- I have been CRAZY busy the last few months. If I were hashtagging this post, it would look something like this- #21credits #lastsemester #imightdie. But we aren't hashtagging, so moving on....

One of the most exciting things that has been happening is tons of my friends are leaving to serve full-time missions for my Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! For those of you who know me, you know this is especially fun for me, because a few years ago, I served a mission in Norway. Best decision I ever made! Seriously, I miss Norway and think of the people there every day..... I digress. Stop me.

Anyways, the last few months I have been bombarded with clients who want to get their pictures taken before they leave, and I am all too happy to oblige :-) A few months ago, my cute friends Meredith and Sam asked me if I would do just that-- and let me tell you, these are girls are STUNNING. The camera loves them. Like, a lot. We had so much fun, and they were such good sports the whole time! Meredith is on her way to Vancouver, Canada, and she is going to be speaking CHINESE! Yikes, I thought Norwegian was hard! She's a tough cookie, though, and she will be amazing. Sam is on her way to Lisbon, Portugal! Warm weather is perfect for this cute sun-worshipper! Anyways, here are a few of pics of these gorgeous girls. Love them! Enjoy!

And PS- I promise as soon as this semester is over, I will be better about keeping the blog updated!!! Wish me luck :-/ 4 MORE WEEKS.

Familien HÃ¥land

Sooooo once upon a time, a VERY long time ago, I served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Norway! I could go on for days and days about how much I loved that time of my life and how much I love Norway and the people and the chocolate. Try asking me sometime, and you'll see. I can't stop talking about it, even though I finished 4 years ago. I love and MISS Norway SO MUCH. Every single solitary day.
Anyways, I digress..... Haha told you I couldn't stop! Anyways, while I was there, I got to serve in a little town called Fredrikstad. And while I was there I met some really amazing people. Including my good friends, Tina and Svein! And then Tina and Svein decided to move to the USA and they just finalized their adoption of these two cute kiddos :-) While they were in Utah over Thanksgiving, they asked me if I would be willing to do a little photoshoot of cute Angel and Demitrius. Of course I said yes! They were so much fun- seriously, they were so happy and so easygoing, which makes my job way easier. I love this cute family and I am so glad that I got to spend some time with them. Without further ado, let me introduce you to them!

My favorite! Captures their personalities so perfectly :-)

Love these people!

Sooooo this pictures is literally months old, but I just cam across it and had to put it up on here. I got to do a little photoshoot with Aubrey and her cute kiddos Natalia and Hudson. And boy, was it cold! Seriously, these kids were totally troopers, love them. Aubrey is my oldest best friend, seriously, I don't have a childhood memory without her in it! I'm so glad that we have stayed close and are still friends. My life definitely wouldn't be the same without you, Aub! Love you! XOXO

Handsome little Andrew :-)

A couple weeks ago, I got to photograph sweet little Andrew. I was SO excited because Andrew's mom and I have been friends since we were little girls. I love her and her sweet family, and it made taking Andrew's pictures extra special! He is A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. Seriously, this kid was an angel- so patient and sweet and just plain wonderful :-) I could go on and on, but that might bore you..... So, without further ado, let me introduce the handsome little guy! Enjoy!

Sweet Mila

A couple weeks ago, I got to meet sweet baby Mila! Seriously, have you ever seen a more adorable baby? I think not. Miss Mila was not only adorable, but incredibly well behaved as well! What a sport- no tears or screaming, just adorableness (Is that a word??? If not, I just made it one.) I could go on for hours about how cute she was, but how about I just let the pictures do the talking? Without further ado, let me introduce you to Mila!

Book now!!!

Mr. & Mrs. Lefoll

Last August I made my first trip to Moses Lake, Washington to photograph my cute friend Becka's wedding! It was SO cute! Every little detail was perfect- she put so much work into it and it totally paid off. Here are a few (and when I say few, I mean few. There are like a million more pictures!) memories from their special day :-)

(OK, judge me if you want, but we all know one of the best parts of going to a reception is the food! And let me tell you- Becka and her family are AMAZING cooks. So go ahead, judge- I'm starting with the food pictures!)

 The gorgeous bride!

The cute couple :-)

The cute family, together forever!

Becka is lucky enough to have not only her grandmother alive, but her great-grandmother! Here are 4 generations of family.
